Colorado River Watershed Region 7 fully recovers from drought
Streamflow Situation
Rivers and streams are up today in the North Coast and Central Valley watershed regions today following yesterday's rains. Skies are clear and sunny in the Valley, and a high of 68. Streamflows continue to run normal through San Francisco Bay region, heading up above the 90th percentile in Los Angeles region, normal to above normal for San Diego and seasonal normal through the Colorado River basin with controlled releases on the New River and Colorado River set for low flow levels. The drought map has eased off again for a second day in a row, Riverside and Imperial County in Region 7 Colorado Basin no longer rated on the drought map. A significant portion of the northern counties remain below normal including Siskiyou, Modoc, Shasta and Lassen Counties.
Surf Zone Forecast - High surf advisory until Wednesday 9 pm PST issued by NWS San Diego Tues Nov 12
A High Surf Advisory is issued when breaking wave action poses a threat to life and property within the surf zone. High surf criteria vary by region. High Surf Advisories are issued using the Coastal and Lakeshore Hazard Message (CFW) product.
TODAY Surf Height...................Northwest Facing Beaches - 10 to 15 feet.
West Facing Beaches - 10 to 15 feet.

There are no storms expected within the next 48 hours. There are no disturbances expected to develop over the next 7 days in the East North Pacific.
